Draft Motion: Cape Elizabeth Town Council approves the updated collective bargaining agreements with the Teamster Local Union No. 340 Public Works Department and The Cape Elizabeth Police Benevolent Association as recommended by the Town Manager. The updated contracts will replace the two prior contracts, originally expiring 6/30/2024, spanning July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025.
