The Town Council has referred amendments to the Planning Board Stormwater Amendments (Chapter 25), including amendments to the Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances, which are required by the MS4 permit, Sec. 19-10-3 Amendments Public Hearing.
Carr Woods, an 18-unit condominium and 1 single family lot development and Resource Protection Permit located at Deep Brook Drive, is requesting an extension to June, 2023 to submit the final approval application.
Yam Yams LLC, represented by Michael Friedland, is requesting site plan amendments to change outdoor storage and display for the property located at 287 Ocean House Rd (U22-76), Sec. 19-9, Site Plan Completeness.
